A missionary.

I Had No Idea (seriously).
4. Why did you become a DSP?
My daughter has disabilities.
5. Who is your hero in real life?
The manager of our Special Olympics team.
6. What is your favorite part about being a DSP?
Facilitating so that the community and employment dreams and hopes of people with disabilities come true.
7. If you had one wish, what would it be?
Equity for people with disabilities and those in their circles of support.
8. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Sharing messages of accomplishment and success for people I support.
9. If you were a superhero, what would be your superpower?
Flying.
10. What is one thing you wish people understood about you and your work?
With person-centered supports in place (and DSPs are one support), people with disabilities can accomplish many goals and live fulfilling lives.
